01The business problem
Revenue sits in the store platform, acquisition in the ad accounts and targets in a spreadsheet. Monthly reports take days to assemble, different teams quote different numbers, and the reasons behind a change are rarely written down.
02The proposed solution
A single analytics layer with agreed metric definitions and an interactive dashboard. Filters by period and channel recalculate every chart, and an insights panel summarises what changed, where, and what to look at next.

A revenue trend chart with the comparison period, and per-month details on hover.

04Technical approach
The production stack we would propose. The demo itself is built with Next.js, React and TypeScript and runs entirely in the browser.
All figures come from a single module that filters the dataset and derives every KPI, chart series and insight. Charts never compute their own numbers, so they can't disagree.
The dataset is generated deterministically for a fictional retailer, so it looks realistic and stays stable between visits. It is labelled as demo data throughout.
Pipelines into a warehouse, a documented semantic layer, cached aggregate queries behind an API, and an LLM that writes summaries only from computed results — never from raw guesses.
The demo is a working front end over prepared sample data. It is not connected to a live AI model or a production backend, and it doesn't collect any information.
